The second Get Fancy Ride…
Was a success! The ride, organized by Kim Burgas, (who also designed its poster) was held last Friday despite mid-March spittle. Essentially a gallery-hop, the Get Fancy Ride is for cyclists who want to doll-up, ride together, and go to art galleries. Simple and fun. Friday’s ride started at Soho’s Ground Support cafe (where the lineup of attendees was shot) before heading to the shows.
One of the riders, Dorothy, had the above sign attached to her bike: “3 feet please.” If anyone else is as curious as I was, you can get one for your bike here.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Susi from Velojoy. Check out her beautiful blog (though you’ve probably already seen it!)
